CALEN-DATER INSTRUCTIONS
The purpose of the Calen-dater is to help you manage what's growing in your romance garden and what's going on with each of the men you've been dating over a period of time. It is a wonderful tool designed to keep track of all communication and scheduled dates.
Page 1: The Calen-Dater
• On the right hand side of the Calendater, there are two headings:
•
Weeds That Came Up This Week: Keep track of your feelings and emotions as you interact with men, and note specific thoughts that came up.
• For example, if you think that nobody will be as good as your ex-boyfriend or you feel like you aren't pretty enough, jot these down as significant weeds.
•
MFDA Symptoms: If you have a lot of MFDA symptoms, it just means you have to do more groundwork. The Calen-Dater breaks down the Symptoms into the Four Categories for you:
• Mental – Recurring Thoughts
• Emotional – Depression because the guy you liked the most didn't call
• Behavioral – Calling potential guys too often
• Physical – Having trouble sleeping
• On the left hand side of the Calen-Dater is the simple log of communication with each of the guys you're dating.
• Be specific and note every form of communication you've had. This will help you evaluate relationship potential accurately.
Page 2: The Calen-Dater Weekly Summary
• In order to evaluate relationship potential effectively, you need to review your dating activity weekly.
• List the names of the guys you're seeing on the left hand side and enter how many forms of communication you've had with him over the past week.
• List which Date Number it was and then Gather Information about him right next to it.
• We have rated Relationship Potential between 1-5, 5 being the most potential and 1 being the least.
